No matter how long we may live, we'll never stop learning, so why not learn to having love always in our life all the time?!
Connecting to Love: Day 6 ~ Learn to Love
Like I wrote on previous day, we born with Love, other negative states we learned here. When we were born we came into a loving world, but somewhere along the way many people lose the uncompromising love they showed as children and learn to become distasteful. Their spiritual journey is stopped in its tracks and people conducting their lives in immoral or corrupt ways.
Every minute of every day brings new opportunities to learn something we've never known before.
Learning to love leads to a growing acceptance of our limitations, our inability to change others, and with that comes satisfaction in simply doing our part, the best we can.
We can only learn to love by loving.
Sustaining love is love that is devoted to learning to love – your partner, your kids, your parents, your siblings – all of the most important people in your life. Sustaining love is the net we need to catch us when the altered state of love beings to fade.
Sustaining love motivates us to work toward creating a climate of love -one that is calm, reasonable ,and respectful. Respecting our separateness is the foundation of human connectedness. Without respect, closeness is impossible.
Once you've been reduced to love, you'll have no trouble establishing and maintaining good, healthy relationships with others.
"No one is born hating another person because of the colour of his skin, or his background or his religion. People learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite." ~ Nelson Mandela
