On this beautiful December 24th, a day that brings Christmas cheer to many around the world,  we at ShiningSoul Academy want to extend our warmest holiday wishes to you all.

For some of us, today is not just the eve of Christmas but the very heart of the celebration. Houses are filled with the aroma of good food, the sound of carols, and the joy of family gatherings.

This holiday season, let's also spare a thought for the less fortunate and carry forward the spirit of giving and kindness that defines this time of year.

From me and us at ShiningSoul Academy, we wish you a magical Christmas and a prosperous New Year. May your holidays be filled with love, laughter, and endless cheer.

Neste lindo dia 24 de dezembro, um dia que traz a alegria do Natal para muitos ao redor do mundo, nós da ShiningSoul Academy queremos estender nossos mais calorosos votos de Boas Festas para todos vocês.

Para alguns de nós, hoje não é apenas a véspera do Natal, mas o cerne da celebração. As casas ficam repletas do aroma da boa comida, do som das canções natalinas e da alegria das reuniões familiares.

Nesta época de festas, vamos também pensar nos menos afortunados e levar adiante o espírito de doação e bondade que define esta época do ano.

Da minha parte e de nós da ShiningSoul Academy, desejamos a você um Natal mágico e um próspero Ano Novo. Que estas Festas sejam repletas de amor, risos e alegria sem fim.

Prayer for Forgiveness

Psalm 51 

Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love;

according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions.

Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.

For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me.

Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight;

so you are right in your verdict and justified when you judge.

Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me.

Yet you desired faithfulness even in the womb; 

you taught me wisdom in that secret place.

Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.

Let me hear joy and gladness; let the bones you have crushed rejoice.

Hide your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquity.

Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me.

Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

Then I will teach transgressors your ways, so that sinners will turn back to you.

Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed, O God, you who are God my Savior,

and my tongue will sing of your righteousness.

Open my lips, Lord, and my mouth will declare your praise.

You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings.

My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.

May it please you to prosper Zion, to build up the walls of Jerusalem.

Then you will delight in the sacrifices of the righteous, in burnt offerings offered whole; then bulls will be offered on your altar.

Tem misericórdia de mim, ó Deus, por teu amor; por tua grande compaixão apaga as minhas transgressões.

Lava-me de toda a minha culpa e purifica-me do meu pecado.

Pois eu mesmo reconheço as minhas transgressões, e o meu pecado sempre me persegue.

Contra ti, só contra ti, pequei e fiz o que tu reprovas, de modo que justa é a tua sentença e tens razão em condenar-me.

Sei que sou pecador desde que nasci, sim, desde que me concebeu minha mãe.

Não te deleitas em sacrifícios nem te agradas em holocaustos, se não eu os traria.

Os sacrifícios que agradam a Deus são um espírito quebrantado; um coração quebrantado e contrito, ó Deus, não desprezarás.

Por tua boa vontade faz Sião prosperar; ergue os muros de Jerusalém.

Então te agradarás dos sacrifícios sinceros, das ofertas queimadas e dos holocaustos; e novilhos serão oferecidos sobre o teu altar.

MY LIGHT 

Of course you need my light.

You're going to find me, to calm down.

Look for me in the serenity of the sea. In the starlight, in the fury of the volcano.

Look for me in the immensity of the fields, in the inconstancy of flowers and in the noise of rain.

You find me in the depths of the oceans and in the diversity of species. You seeks me in nature.

And if you do not find me, it is because your eyes are not prepared to see me.

In that case, close your eyes and look inside.

Look at you.

See you.

Recognize yourself.

Love yourself.

And I, for sure, will be there.

Procura-me na imensidão dos campos, na inconstância das flores e no barulho da chuva.

Encontra-me na profundeza dos oceanos e na diversidade das espécies. Procura-me na natureza.

E se não me encontrares, é porque os teus olhos não estão preparados para me ver.

Nesse caso, fecha os olhos e olha para dentro.

Olha para ti.

Vê-te.

Reconhece-te.

Ama-te.

O que é maturidade espiritual?

"Everything you do has repercussions. All your actions have consequences.
No matter how innocent your actions are, the consequenceswill not take long in coming.
No matter how small the deflection, it is always necessary to go back harmonize things. Think about this:
The Universe is energetically perfect. At this precise moment, everything is as it should be - in order to accomplish the mission it was destined for.
When man tampers with the natural order of things, he is disharmonizing that which cannot be disharmonized. What do I mean by this? I mean that whether you like it or not, whatever is moved needs to be put back in its rightful place. It is inevitable.
So whenever you harm someone, no matter how small the act, think about the fact that sooner or later you will experience what this person has experienced, so that the axle of emotions - hurt/be hurt, can be harmonized. Whether you are teasing or mocking someone, remember that sooner or later you too will find yourself being mocked. Nature never fails.
So take a close look at the energetic connections that tie you to the people you have harmed or to the unpleasant things you have provoked. If you can salvage things, then do so.
Try to harmonize things before life sends you an unpleasant situation as a way of reharmonizing.
If you are not able to salvage things, try to spread love and light around you, so that the energy that surrounds you recognizes that you have changed and spares you the consequences of your former acts.

LIGAÇÕES ENERGÉTICAS

"Tudo o que fazes traz uma consequência. Tudo o que ages traz uma consequência. 

Por mais ingénua que seja a acção que pratiques, a consequência não tardará a chegar. 

Por mais ínfimo que seja o desvio, há sempre que voltar a harmonizá-lo.
O Universo é energeticamente perfeito. Tudo neste preciso momento está onde deveria estar - para cumprir a missão a que foi destinado. 

Quando o homem mexe no estado natural das coisas está a desarmonizar o «não-desarmonizável». O que é que eu quero dizer com isto? Que, por mais que não queiras, o que saiu do lugar terá de voltar a ser colocado lá. Inexoravelmente.
Por isso, quando fizeres algo de mal a alguém por mais simples e pequeno que seja, pensa que irás, mais cedo ou mais tarde, vivenciar o que essa pessoa vivenciou, para rearmonizar esse eixo de emoções: Fazer mal -  sentir o mal. Mesmo quando fazes as coisas pretensamente a brincar, quando gozas com alguém, com alguma minoria, pensa que hás-de estar naquele lugar, a ser gozado, mais cedo ou mais tarde. A natureza nunca falha.
Por isso olha para as ligações energéticas que te prendem às pessoas às quais fizeste mal, ou às coisas menos agradáveis que provocaste. Se for possível recuperar, corre. 

Vai rearmonizar tu próprio antes que a vida te envie uma situação desagradável em forma de rearmonização. Se não der para recuperar, tenta espalhar amor e luz à tua volta, para que a energia circundante reconheça que mudaste e te poupe da volta dos acontecimentos.
