We all have heard people talking that we should eat the lemon entirely. The reason for this they say is that many vitamins are in the lemon`s peel thus it is healthy to consume the peel. Also some people say that it is really tasty, but that’s rather personal.





You are wondering how to eat the entire lemon? It is simple, all you need to do is to take an organic lemon wash it well and put it in the freezer. After it freezes grate the lemon without peeling it. You can use this grated lemon in combination with many foods. This type of fruit exists on the planet to help people keep their body healthy. And the fact that the big corporations keep this information in secret and at the same time produce chemicals with side effects is really bizarre.
